Check whether your cheat order shows payment confirmed
Open your private SurchCheats receipt and read the message above the order number. If it says Payment confirmed, look under the product and access period you bought. That is where to check for a missing cheat key before trying it in the loader.
Cheat order still says payment is being confirmed
If the receipt says your payment is still being confirmed, wait a moment and select Refresh order. If the message changes to Payment confirmed, check the product line for the missing cheat key.
Paid cheat order shows instructions but no key
Find the item you bought and look just above Setup instructions. If that space is empty and your purchase was meant to include a key, tell SurchCheats support which item has the missing cheat key.
The receipt says the order needs attention
If you see This order needs attention, follow the receipt’s prompt to contact support with your order reference. Include that message when you ask about the missing cheat key.
The cheat receipt email is missing
Search your inbox and spam folder for the receipt. A missing cheat key and a missing receipt are different problems. If the email is missing, open the completed purchase from your account or give support the order reference.
The receipt has two products and only one key
When the receipt lists two products, identify the line with the missing cheat key. Use the product names from the order. Two cheats for the same game can be easy to mix up if you only give the game name.
You bought more than one of the same key
When a single product line has a quantity above one, compare what you ordered with the delivery details on that line. For a missing cheat key on a multiple-key order, say how many you can see and how many the receipt lists.
Your order history shows a different purchase
Match the reference and access period before reporting a missing cheat key. An older order for the same product can look familiar even when it is for a different duration. Use the reference from the purchase you are checking.
The cheat key arrived but activation fails
If the order shows a key and the loader says invalid or expired, follow the activation guide and copy the result. Treat it as a missing cheat key only if the key itself is absent from the order.
