Join Discord How to Fix a Cheat Key That Isn’t Working
Use the message shown after entering the cheat key
Enter the cheat key in the loader named in your SurchCheats order and read the full message. Use the checks below for Invalid, Expired, Already used or HWID mismatch. If the order has no key, start with the delivery guide.
Cheat key says invalid on the first activation
Check that the loader and order name the same product. Copy the cheat key from that order and check for a space or line break at either end. If Invalid still appears, tell SurchCheats support that this was the first activation attempt.
Cheat key worked before and now says expired
Compare the access period on the receipt with the last date your cheat key worked. If you remember when you activated it, include that date when you ask support to check the order.
Cheat key says already used or shows an HWID error
If the cheat key says Already used, note whether you entered it before and whether you are using the same account and PC. Use the hardware mismatch guide if the message names HWID.
Cheat loader freezes without giving a key result
If the loader stays on a spinner after you enter the cheat key, use the stuck-on-loading guide. Keep any connection message the loader shows before it stops.
The account is different from the one you used before
Check which account you used the last time the cheat key worked. If you switched accounts before the error appeared, tell support when you switched. Leave sign-in details out of the message.
Two keys appear on the same cheat order
Match the cheat key you copied to its product line on the order. If only one of the products shows an error, give support that product name and the displayed message.
The first activation error changes after you try again
If entering the same cheat key gives a different result on a later attempt, record the messages in order. For example, keep both an Invalid result and a later connection warning.
The loader returned an error after a PC change
If the cheat key last worked on another PC, note the date it worked there and the message on the new one. Follow any device-change steps listed in the exact product’s order instructions.
