How to Fix a Missing DLL Error in a Cheat Loader

Start with the DLL named in the cheat loader error

Read the first line of the loader DLL message before closing it. Look for whether Windows says it can’t find the file or couldn’t load it. If the file is missing, start with the download. If Windows found it but couldn’t load it, open the instructions in your SurchCheats order.

Windows cannot find the DLL when you open the cheat loader

Look up the original download in your browser. Follow the download troubleshooting guide if the transfer stopped or the file never arrived. For a completed download, use the filename from the loader DLL message to identify the file Windows couldn’t find.

Windows says it could not load a cheat loader DLL

Read the full loader DLL message, including the line below the filename. It may show a code alongside the file that couldn’t load. Keep the whole dialog together so support can see which code goes with which file.

The cheat loader instructions name a Microsoft runtime

Look up the runtime named in your order instructions. Use Microsoft’s Visual C++ downloads if the instructions specify Visual C++ and match the version and architecture they list. If the loader DLL error names a file but the instructions list no runtime, ask support which package applies.

The cheat loader opens after the DLL error but gets stuck

If the loader DLL dialog clears and the loader opens a spinner, use the stuck-on-loading guide. Go to the check for the screen you reached, such as sign-in or key entry.

The DLL filename changes on the next attempt

Put the two loader DLL messages next to each other. If the named file changes, keep them in the order you saw them and note what you changed between attempts.

The DLL dialog appears when opening a file from an archive

If the loader DLL error appeared when you ran the file from inside an archive, check whether your order calls for extracting it first. Follow the extraction step in those instructions before opening the loader again.

The DLL error returns after a fresh download

Open the new copy from its entry in the browser’s download history. Confirm it matches your order instructions, then check whether the loader DLL error still names the same file. Keep the old copy separate so you can tell which one produced the message.

The order doesn’t mention the named DLL

Keep the product folder as it came. If your order doesn’t mention the file in the loader DLL dialog, show the message to support before adding a replacement file.

Where to get help with your cheat

Send SurchCheats support the order reference, Windows version and a screenshot of the loader DLL dialog. Leave the filename and any code visible. Keep your key out of the image.
