Find where the cheat loader gets stuck
Check the last screen the cheat loader reached. If it stopped at sign-in, test your connection. If it stopped after a key or product selection, use the checks below. Keep the instructions for the product in your SurchCheats order open.
Cheat loader spinner stays on the sign-in screen
If the cheat loader stays on the sign-in spinner, open a site you normally use. If that site won’t load either, check your connection first. Keep any sign-in error that appears in the loader.
Cheat loader gets stuck after you enter a key
Read what the cheat loader shows after you enter the key. For Invalid, Expired or Already used, use the key guide. If the spinner never gives a result, note how long it ran before you closed the window.
Cheat loader stalls after you select a product
Look up the exact product on the SurchCheats status page. If it says Updating or Testing, read the notice before reopening the cheat loader. Match the product name to your order if the labels differ.
Cheat loader shows progress but never reaches the next screen
Watch the progress text in the cheat loader. If it advances and then stops, record the last percentage or filename. If the screen shows only a spinner, copy the label beside it.
Cheat loader finishes but the cheat menu never opens
Check whether the cheat loader reached the step shown in your order instructions. If it did, the game responds and the in-game menu is the only thing missing, use your game’s menu guide. Use the missing-DLL guide if Windows names a DLL.
The cheat loader never shows a window
If the cheat loader never showed a window, open your browser’s downloads panel. Use the download troubleshooting guide for an incomplete file. If the file finished but Windows shows an error when you open it, keep the exact wording.
The loader window stops responding
Look at the title bar of the cheat loader when the window freezes. If Windows shows Not Responding, keep that message and the last label you could read.
The same loader screen opens again after restarting
If your order instructions call for a restart, compare where the cheat loader stops each time. For example, write down both screens if the second attempt gets past sign-in but stops after key entry.
What to send SurchCheats when the loader stalls
To get help with a frozen cheat loader, contact SurchCheats support with your order reference and the last screen that worked. Include any error or progress text. Keep keys and sign-in details out of screenshots.
